Job Summary:

We are seeking a persuasive and goal-oriented Cold Calling Specialist to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for initiating outbound calls to potential clients, pitching our services or products, and generating qualified leads. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with international/domestic clients, and closing appointments or deals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make high-volume outbound calls to prospects from provided databases or research
• Introduce the company’s services/products and clearly communicate value propositions
• Generate and qualify leads by identifying client needs and pain points
• Set up appointments or transfer interested leads to the sales team
• Maintain detailed records of calls, conversations, and lead status in CRM tools
• Follow up on previous interactions and nurture leads through the pipeline
• Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead generation targets
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to improve campaign strategies

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline .
• 3–5 years of proven experience in cold calling, telesales, or lead generation
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English (for international process) or regional languages (for domestic process)
• Confidence in handling objections and maintaining a positive attitude
• Familiarity with CRM systems and call tracking tools
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
