Cold Caller – IT Services (International Market)

Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Telecaller with proven experience in cold calling the US market. The candidate will be responsible for researching target accounts, generating leads, and scheduling qualified meetings with decision-makers in the IT industry.

Key Responsibilities:

•  Conduct cold calls to US-based prospects to introduce company services and generate interest.
•  Identify, research, and qualify potential clients using online tools (LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, Crunchbase, etc.).•  Schedule appointments/meetings for the sales team with qualified prospects.•  Maintain and update the CRM with accurate lead information and call notes.•  Follow up on warm leads via calls and emails to nurture interest.•  Meet or exceed weekly/monthly lead generation and meeting targets.•  Work closely with the sales team to fine-tune outreach strategies.

Required Skills & Experience:

•  1–2 years of cold calling experience in the US market (IT services preferred).
•  Proven ability to generate qualified leads and set meetings.•  Strong market research skills to identify target industries and decision-makers.•  Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).•  Proficiency in using CRM systems and lead research tools.•  Self-motivated, target-oriented, and resilient in a sales environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month

• Old Palasia, Indore, Madhya Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
