Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Cold Caller to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of IT services. This role involves reaching out to international prospects, generating leads, and setting up appointments for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential international clients
• Identify and qualify sales opportunities
• Clearly communicate the company's IT service offerings
• Maintain and update a database of leads and contacts
• Work closely with the sales team to schedule meetings or follow-ups
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets

Key Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Prior experience in cold calling or lead generation (preferably in IT services)
• Knowledge of IT service offerings such as software development, web/mobile app development, or IT consulting
• Ability to handle objections and rejections professionally
• Self-motivated and target-oriented
• Must be able to work from our Indore office (on-site role)
