Roles and Responsibilities

AEM Frontend Developer (AEM FED): -

Primary focus will be on developing user interface components and implementing them following well-known AEM frontend application development workflow. Involved from conception to completion with projects that are technologically sound and aesthetically impressive. Ensure that these components and the overall application are robust and easy to maintain. Coordinate with the rest of the team working on different layers of the infrastructure. Therefore, a commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and quality product is important.

Key Responsibilities: -

Ability to understand business requirements/UX design, validate feasibility and translate them into technical requirements.
Thorough knowledge of software development best practices, including design patterns, coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build process, continuous integration and continuous delivery
Translating designs and wireframes into high quality code
Building reusable components for future use
Optimizing components for maximum performance and responsive across vast array of web-capable devices and browsers
Ensure high quality graphic standards and brand consistency
Provide technical leadership and motivation to junior developers

Technical Experience: -

3 years of working experience in frontend application development using any JavaScript library/framework.
Hands on experience and understanding of JavaScript and its core principles
Strong proficiency in any one of the JavaScript library/frameworks like React JS, Vue JS and Angular.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model
Experience with newer specifications of ECMAScript & Typescript.
Experience with RESTful APIs
Good knowledge on Core web fundamentals: HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript.
Good Knowledge of RWD frameworks like Bootstrap and Material UI
Good Knowledge of CSS preprocessors like Sass or LESS.
Experience with popular Adobe Experience Manager Workflows.
Experience with a testing framework (Jest/Mocha)
Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, Grunt, Gulp, NPM, etc.
Good understanding of package managers and able to resolve dependencies.
Experience in distributed code repositories such as Git.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal along with problem-solving skills

AEM Backend Developer (AEM BED):-

AEM Developer to implement Adobe Experience Manager solution to various projects. Candidate must show deep understand of core AEM technology.

Other Adobe products such as Target and Analytics are nice to have.

The candidate would have experience with full end to end implementations of websites that uses AEM for Content Management and Delivery

Must Have skills:

Atleast 3 years with AEM projects.
Strong Java programming foundation
Extensive hands-on workflows, Sling servlet, REST, JSON
Exposure to Coral / Granite UI, Adobe UI customization is a must
Must have worked on AEM 6.4 or newer versions.
Strong understand of core AEM components such as oak, sling and dispatcher Experience with Continuous Integration and Automated test execution and building tools such as Jenkins, Hudson, Selenium or Maven
Work with project managers to ensure that all project deliverables are on time and high quality
Exceptionally good at document and explaining core technical processes.

Good to Have skills:

Deep understanding of AEM's security along with its Access Controls
Expertise around extending AEM's core functionalities such as Launches
Working Experience with Sightly / Sling models .
Work collaboratively with other teams; QA, UX, etc
Other CMS experiences and a good understanding of the DXP area
Prior Apple experience is a strong plus
