Designs end-to-end analytics architecture: identity strategy across online/offline, lookup datasets, governance.
Creates reusable components, advanced attribution models, and cohort frameworks.
Leads stakeholder discovery; translates business needs into robust measurement designs; mentors team.

Manager / Architect (910 years relevant)

Owns
solution architecture
and roadmap: scalable connections, data views, and analytics governance.
Establishes KPI hierarchies and taxonomy; sets standards for data quality and lineage documentation.
Drives cross-functional analytics adoption; aligns analytics with activation (CJA RTCDP insights).
Presents insights to leadership; builds frameworks for experimentation and causality assessment.
