Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Cogen Manager at Lokmangal Agro Industries Ltd., located in Solapur. The Cogen Manager will oversee daily operations of the company's cogeneration plant, ensuring efficient energy production and compliance with regulatory standards. Key responsibilities include managing plant staff, scheduling maintenance, monitoring plant performance, and implementing improvements for optimal functionality. The Cogen Manager will also be responsible for maintaining safety protocols and reporting on plant performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Experience in plant operations, energy production, and maintenance management
• Strong knowledge of safety standards and regulatory compliance
• Leadership and team management skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work on-site in Solapur
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• Previous experience in the agro-industry or similar field is an advantage
