Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Coffee Brewer located in the New Delhi. The Coffee Brewer will be responsible for overall vision of coffee and other related beverages, hiring & training, maintaining quality throughout other outlets pan India, ensuring a high standard of customer service etc. The Coffee Brewer will responsible for R&D, interaction with vendors, negotiations, finding out different coffee bean providers etc.

Qualifications

• Snr. Barista and Coffee Preparation skills
• Strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service abilities
• Excellent Communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus

• Hauz Khas & other outlets pan India
• 800,000- 850,000 LPA
