We are looking for an employee to handle both brewing and operational tasks, playing a crucial role in our day-to-day business. Job Responsibilities: Brewing & Production • Brew cold brew coffee following company recipes and standards. • Operate and maintain brewing equipment, ensuring cleanliness and sanitation. • Manage ingredient stock and brewing schedules. Delivery & Logistics • Package and label coffee concentrate and kegs for delivery. • Deliver orders to cafes and customers efficiently. • Maintain accurate records of deliveries and stock. Operations & Support • Assist in order processing and basic customer inquiries. • Support quality control and workflow improvements. • Take on various tasks as needed in a hands-on startup environment. Requirements: • Coffee process knowledge from bean to cup • Different Coffee Brewing methods knowledge • Passion for coffee and an eagerness to learn. • Ability to handle brewing equipment and follow precise recipes. • Valid driver's license and ability to manage local deliveries. • Strong organizational skills and willingness to take on multiple roles.
