Job Summary:

As the Beverage & Coffee Head, you will be responsible for curating, leading, and executing our entire beverage program – with a strong emphasis on specialty coffee. You will ensure consistency, quality, and taste in every drink served, while also training and inspiring a high-performing barista team. Your mission: to make Mira’s Bakehouse the go-to destination for not only amazing food, but also for the best coffee and beverages in town.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead & Develop Beverage Program
• Design and update the beverage menu (coffee, tea, signature drinks, seasonal beverages).
• Source high-quality ingredients
• Work with the bakery team to pair beverages with our food offerings.
• Team Training & Management
• Train baristas and café staff on beverage preparation, presentation, and customer service.
• Establish and maintain SOPs for all drinks.
• Conduct regular tastings and skill enhancement sessions.
• Quality Control & Customer Experience
• Ensure consistent quality and taste of all beverages.
• Monitor customer feedback and adapt offerings accordingly.
• Create a welcoming and engaging customer experience at the beverage counter.
• Inventory & Operations
• Manage stock levels, ordering, and costing for beverage-related inventory.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and equipment upkeep.
• Innovation & Trends
• Stay updated on global coffee and beverage trends.
• Introduce new ideas and seasonal specials to keep the menu fresh and exciting.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience in a coffee/bakery café or similar F&B setting.
• Strong knowledge of coffee (brewing methods, espresso-based drinks, latte art, equipment handling).
• Passion for beverages and hospitality.
• Leadership and training experience with small to mid-sized teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creativity and attention to detail.
• Certification in barista training or beverage management.
• Experience in cold brews, matcha, smoothies, juices, non-caffeinated beverage innovation.
• Social media savvy (helping promote the beverage program online).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
