Coding Manager

As an integral member of our coding team, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient and effective management of day-to-day operations. Your responsibilities will include overseeing coding activities across all facilities, including Inpatient/Outpatient and Nursing Home Services, to ensure that customer service and quality expectations are consistently met. You will serve as the primary point of contact for coding questions related to Client services and Operations, reviewing reports to identify specific issues, investigating them in accordance with coding guidelines, and implementing effective solutions. Your strong analytical skills will be essential in managing multiple tasks and generating solutions based on the available information. To qualify for this role, you must have supervisory experience and hold a coding certification, specifically a CPC certification. Additionally, a minimum of 8-10+ years of experience in multilevel coding management and multispecialty coding is required. Proficiency in icd-10-cm and cpt coding, along with a comprehensive understanding of medical terminology, is essential to excel in this position.
