Job Description

Manager Medical Coding

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end operations for multi-specialty coding projects.
Lead, mentor, and motivate a large team of medical coders and team leads.
Handle
client interactions
, status updates, and performance reviews with excellent communication and presentation skills.
Drive process improvements to achieve quality and productivity goals.
Oversee
project transitions
from implementation to steady state.
Monitor KPIs, quality audits, and compliance with company standards.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders for continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

10–16 years
of experience in Medical Coding (Multi-specialty).
Strong exposure to
E&M, ED, and Surgery
coding.
Prior experience in
project transition
and
client handling
is mandatory.
Excellent
communication and leadership skills
.
CPC or CCS certification preferred.
