Job description: Job Title: Business Development Executive Responsibilities: 1. Formulate and execute comprehensive business development strategies. 2. Cultivate and nurture relationships with key clients. 3. Lead client presentations, negotiations, and contract discussions with a focus on achieving mutually beneficial agreements. 4. Conduct in-depth market research to stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities. 5. Provide insights and recommendations based on market analysis to guide strategic decision-making. 6. Collaborate closely with HR Recruiters to ensure that the vacancies are filled before the deadline, including marketing, operations, and finance, to ensure seamless project execution. 7. Lead the development of compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches tailored to meet client needs. 8. Effectively communicate the value proposition of our services and differentiate the company from competitors. 9. Drive the sales cycle from lead generation and prospecting to successful deal closure. 10. Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics, implementing corrective strategies as needed. 11.Should be Comfortable in field sales(If Required). Qualifications: 1.Any Graduate (preferably in Marketing)or any other fields 2. Proven track record of at least 1- 2 years in business development, with a focus on achieving and exceeding Recruitment and Staffing. 3. Strong industry knowledge and a comprehensive understanding of market dynamics. 4 Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. 5. Strategic thinker with a demonstrated ability to drive business growth in a competitive environment.
