Coach Recruitment Specialist

You will be joining a fast-growing health tech startup, MyYogateacher, with a mission to enhance the physical and mental well-being of individuals worldwide. As an Onboarding Specialist, your role will involve identifying, screening, and coordinating demo sessions for potential yoga and fitness coaches. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires. **Key Responsibilities:** - Proactively identify and screen potential coaches based on predefined criteria - Schedule and facilitate demo sessions for shortlisted coaches to ensure a seamless process - Engage with prospective coaches, provide relevant information, and address queries regarding the onboarding process - Continuously enhance the onboarding process for efficiency and an improved coach experience - Collaborate with internal teams to align onboarding procedures for new coaches - Maintain records of progress, feedback from demo sessions, and onboarding results **Qualifications:** - Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role (in any industry) - MBA degree in any stream - Excellent interpersonal, influencing, consensus building, and stakeholder management skills - Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities for effective interaction with coaches and internal teams - Ability to adapt to change, set priorities, and multitask in a fast-paced environment - Self-motivated, proactive, and driven for success - Excellent time management skills In addition to a competitive salary and benefits package, you can expect opportunities for career growth in a supportive and innovative team environment.
