We leverage local business advisory, private business coaching, and proprietary strategic services to align business goals with personal visions of success. TAB brings together non-competing business owners to work as a peer board, providing unemotional and unbiased support and guidance.

Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role for a Coach and Facilitator located in South Delhi. The Coach and Facilitator will be responsible for conducting private business coaching sessions and facilitating peer board meetings. Day-to-day tasks include assessing business challenges and supporting the growth and development of businesses within the TAB Delhi community.

Qualifications

• No prior business coaching experience needed.
• Prior experience of being a business owner will be an advantage.
• You should be located in Delhi/NCR.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Established connections in the SME sector
