Role Description

This is a part / full-time, on-site role for a Business Coach based in Ahmedabad. The Business Coach will be responsible for providing personalized coaching and consultancy to business owners, helping them to develop business plans, and guiding their strategic decision-making processes. Day-to-day tasks will include conducting coaching sessions, offering training on various business management topics, and supporting clients in their business growth and development.

Qualifications & Experience

• Ex CXO from a reputed multinational company , with over 20 years of teh experince inlcuding responsibility of P&L of comapny / business unit.
• Proficiency in Business Coaching, Coaching, and Training
• Experience with Business Planning and Consulting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record in business or executive coaching
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Experience in facilitating and training business teams
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field; MBA preferred
