Altruists is an offshoring firm that provides end-to-end practice assistance services to consultants and practice managers in the United Kingdom's private and medicolegal healthcare sector. We specialise in virtual support for nearly all non-clinical departments that ensure efficient and seamless functioning.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Co-Owner with Investment, based in Pune, with some flexibility for remote work. The responsibilities include involvement in company's decision-making processes and financial planning. Responsible for overseeing operations, the Co-Owner will drive sales initiatives, manage service development and lead efforts to promote the company's services.

Qualifications

Strong skills in Communication and Sales.
Excellent leadership and decision-making abilities
Experience in business development and offshore sector is advantageous
