Our goal is to help plans excel by providing a real and reliable offshore team. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune for an Executive Assistant to the Founder. The role involves handling confidential information, liaising with internal and external office operations. Qualifications Strong organizational and time-management skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Ability to handle confidential information with discretionExperience in scheduling and calendar managementExperience in coordinating travel arrangements and managing correspondenceAbility to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyBachelor's degree in a related field is preferredPrevious experience as an Executive Assistant or Administrative Assistant is a plus
