Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise a team of 10 social workers in your assigned area
• Assign daily collection routes and targets
• Monitor team performance and ensure timely reporting
• Support team members on the field and resolve any operational issues
• Submit daily and weekly performance reports to the Area Manager
• Maintain accountability and ensure ethical collection practices

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in

  field team coordination or NGO/social work

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable with using basic mobile apps and reporting tools
• Ability to motivate and manage grassroots-level staff
• Minimum Qualification: MSW, BSW, Any qualification in Social work with a minimum 2 years of experience
