Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Co-Founder with an investment in Herboroot. The Co-Founder will be responsible for developing and executing business strategies, managing sales and marketing efforts, conducting research, analyzing market trends, and overseeing daily operations. They will work closely with the team to drive growth and ensure the company's long-term success.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and ability to interpret complex data
• Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proven experience in Sales and Marketing
• Solid Research skills to stay updated on market trends
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities
• Experience in building and scaling startups is a plus
• Financial investment capacity to support the company's growth
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or related field
