Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Co-founder with investment. The role, based in Gurugram, entails developing and implementing strategic business plans, managing operations, building strong relationships with stakeholders, and driving the success of Homeday. The Co-founder will work closely with the team to identify growth opportunities, improve customer acquisition channels, and ensure the long-term financial health of the organization. This position also includes an investment opportunity of ₹35 lakh with a 30% equity stake in the company.

• Exceptional Communication skills for stakeholder engagement and team leadership
• Proven expertise in Sales and Marketing to drive customer acquisition and brand growth
• Experience in conducting thorough Research to inform data-driven decision-making
• Entrepreneurial mindset, strategic thinking, and excellent problem-solving abilities
• Prior experience in startups or leadership roles is strongly preferred
• Willingness to invest ₹35 lakh and take a 30% equity stake in the business
