Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram for a Co-founder with investment required (20-30 Lakh for 20% equity). The Co-founder will be responsible for strategizing and leading various initiatives to grow the business. This includes forming and executing sales and marketing strategies, overseeing research activities, and ensuring operational excellence. The Co-founder will collaborate closely with other executive members to drive company vision and success.

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication skills
• Sales and Marketing experience
• Proven leadership ability and strategic thinking
• Ability to work on-site in Gurugram
• Experience in a startup environment is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Ability to invest 20-30 Lakh for 20% equity
