**Job Description:** **Role Overview:** As a Cofounder (Product/Marketing) at our next-gen platform venture based in Bhubaneswar with national-level ambitions, your role will be crucial in shaping the core product model, driving early traction in Odisha markets, and preparing the company for fundraising and national expansion. Your responsibilities will vary based on whether you are a Product Expert or a Marketing Expert. **Key Responsibilities:** - If You Are a Product Expert: - Own end-to-end product strategy, wireframes, feature roadmap, and execution - Build the first MVP and lead user research/testing - Collaborate with the tech team to ensure smooth delivery - Translate business goals into product specs and measurable outcomes - Create a product culture focused on usability, metrics, and customer value - If You Are a Marketing Expert: - Lead brand building, demand generation, and growth strategy for Odisha + pan-India - Own all marketing channels - digital, partnerships, events, and campaigns - Build strong GTM strategies and launch plans - Drive community building, influencer partnerships, and local activation - Build repeatable marketing systems that scale as we grow - Common Cofounder Responsibilities: - Take complete ownership of your vertical - Work closely with the founder on vision, strategy, fundraising, and team building - Build processes, teams, experiments, and systems from zero - Operate with autonomy, speed, and founder mindset - Scale the brand from Bhubaneswar to pan-India markets **Qualifications Required:** - Based in Bhubaneswar or willing to be partially on-ground - 4-10 years of strong Product or Marketing experience - Proven track record with early-stage startups or fast-paced environments - Someone who can independently lead, execute, and scale - A builder mindset - not a job-seeker, but a partner In addition to the above responsibilities and qualifications, the Equity Structure at our company is clear and transparent, with a detailed 5-step process outlining ownership, collaboration, and vesting.
