The Role

Partnerships & Business Development Co-founder

Someone ready to put real skin in the game, financially and emotionally, to build something that can reshape marketing psychology. This is a founder-level role with 10% equity and an initial capital commitment(~15L)

You’ll:

• Build revenue channels and partnerships with brands, agencies, and VCs.
• Drive revenue from consulting, workshops, and collaborations.
• Help design the monetization roadmap for our ecosystem.
• Co-lead the company alongside the founding team, shaping its next decade.
• Work without salary initially, sharing the same structure as the existing founder,

  true ownership, shared sacrifice, shared upside.

Equity & Vesting

• Equity:

  10% ownership in The Buyer’s Mind

• Vesting:

  Over 3 years with a

  6-month cliff

  (no equity if exiting before 6 months)
• 50% equity vests in the first 18 months
• The remaining 50% vests quarterly over the next 18 months

• Salary:

  None until either:

a) Company reaches ₹1 Cr in annual revenue, or

b) We raise the round of funding (Angel/VC).

Profit Share:

Both founders operate with equal structure
