Co-Founder – MedCom Delivery and Growth India-Based | Co-Founder Role | Equity + Operational Leadership Hi, I am Dr. Smita – a physician and founder of a 12-year-old, profitable health communication company with well trained team and marquee pharma, hospital, and healthtech clients. We are currently managing multiple digital and medical content retainers projects. The demand is growing, and I am looking for a co-founder who can lead this vertical with passion, ownership, and execution muscle. What You will Own: End-to-end project delivery of medical communication and health content projects Oversee client communication , briefs, timelines, and quality Coordinate with writers, designers, editors, and SMEs Manage and optimize retainers, profitability, and team performance Maintain processes, documentation, and client satisfaction Think of this role as a COO + Account Director + Business Builder for the agency wing.
