We are currently managing multiple digital and medical content retainers projects. The demand is growing, and I am looking for a co-founder who can lead this vertical with passion, ownership, and execution muscle. What You will Own: End-to-end project delivery of medical communication and health content projects Oversee client communication , briefs, timelines, and quality Coordinate with writers, designers, editors, and SMEs Manage and optimize retainers, profitability, and team performance Maintain processes, documentation, and client satisfaction Think of this role as a COO + Account Director + Business Builder for the agency wing.
