As our Co-Founder (Director), you will:

• Lead the

  end-to-end setup

  of the preschool: from licensing, curriculum planning, and classroom design to staff hiring and launch execution
• Design or adapt a

  Montessori-aligned curriculum

  suited to Indian learners, enriched with global best practices
• Consult on

  space layout

  , learning materials, and child-safe environment design
• Recruit, train, and inspire a team of passionate early years educators and support staff
• Establish operational excellence:

  SOPs, compliance, admissions frameworks, and quality standards

• Collaborate on

  brand positioning

  , parent engagement, and walkthroughs in the pre-launch phase
• Uphold and promote a

  child-first, inquiry-driven philosophy

  rooted in independence, creativity, and respect
• Co-create a nurturing culture where children, staff, and parents thrive

• 8–15 years of experience

  in early childhood education, including leadership roles (Director, Headmistress, or Founder)
• Proven track record of

  setting up at least one preschool from scratch

  (Montessori, Reggio Emilia, or similar)
• Deep understanding of

  child development, curriculum design, and regulatory frameworks

• Excellent communicator and people leader with a passion for empowering educators
• Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to work hands-on in a startup environment
• Based in or willing to relocate to

  Mohali / Chandigarh region
