Role Overview: You will be joining a technology, information, and media company as a Co-Founder / Chief Growth Officer. As the Chief Growth Officer, you will play a crucial role in owning and scaling the sales and marketing engines from the ground up, driving revenue growth and shaping the future of AI-driven customer engagement. This high-impact role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, is driven by urgency, and is eager to co-build a category-defining company. Key Responsibilities: - Sales Leadership: Develop the sales playbook, close high-value B2B deals, and drive enterprise adoption of AI agents. - Marketing Strategy: Define brand positioning, lead generation tactics, and execute the go-to-market plan. - Growth Architecture: Align pricing, funnel optimization, and customer success strategies with revenue targets. - Team Building: Recruit and lead sales, growth marketing, and partnership teams to scale the business. - Customer Insights: Engage with users, analyze conversion data, and provide feedback for product and marketing strategies. - Market Positioning: Establish the company as a thought leader in the voice AI and conversational automation space. Qualifications Required: - 7-15 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, marketing, or go-to-market, with a track record of driving revenue growth from zero to multi-million ARR. - Experience working in or founding an early-stage startup and enjoying building from the ground up. - Blend of strategic thinking and execution skills, capable of leading high-level planning and running outbound campaigns. - Understanding of AI/ML, voice technology, or conversational platforms, with preference given to those who have sold or marketed similar products. - Motivated by equity-based rewards and seeking meaningful ownership in the company's success. - Proficiency in creating momentum, building pipelines, landing pilot customers, and scaling from MVP to product-market fit. - Strong communication skills with the ability to tell stories, negotiate effectively, and close deals while building trust with stakeholders.,
