Role Overview: You will lead branding, marketing, and project management efforts at NPPD CARE in Bhubaneswar as a Co-founder. Your responsibilities will include crafting the brand identity, driving strategic marketing campaigns, and ensuring seamless project execution to build a strong wellness ecosystem. Key Responsibilities: - Branding & Positioning: - Build a strong brand identity for NPPD CARE and its wellness products. - Develop compelling brand narratives, messaging, and unique positioning strategies. - Marketing Strategy & Execution: - Create and execute zero-cost, high-impact marketing campaigns. - Utilize digital, offline, and community-driven strategies to maximize brand awareness. - Optimize SEO, content, social media, and influencer collaborations to drive engagement. - Project & Operations Management: - Oversee marketing and branding project execution for timely delivery & alignment with company goals. - Manage a team of designers, digital marketers, and content creators. - Ensure consistent branding across all platforms by working closely with product, sales, and tech teams. - Strategic Partnerships & Lead Generation: - Identify and secure collaborations with corporates, universities, and wellness institutions. - Develop B2B and B2C marketing funnels for consistent lead generation. - Establish brand credibility through cross-collaborations and networking. - Community & Event Management: - Plan and execute offline branding campaigns, events, and wellness workshops. - Establish NPPD CARE's presence in startup & healthcare communities. - Organize corporate wellness programs and college outreach initiatives. Qualification Required: - Must-Have Skills & Experience: - 5+ years of experience in branding, marketing, or project management. - Proven expertise in B2B & B2C marketing, lead generation, and digital branding. - Strong ability to strategize and execute zero-cost growth marketing initiatives. - Experience in handling multi-channel marketing campaigns and project execution. Additional Details: The role is equity-based until funding, following which a full-time salary will be structured. You will have the opportunity to build and scale the company from the ground up, directly contributing to creating a sustainable wellness ecosystem. Work with flexibility & autonomy, taking end-to-end ownership as a true entrepreneur.
