Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Co-Founder Agentic AI Recommendation UX and Marketing at EMPATHY AI. The role is based in Rajarhat, with some work-from-home flexibility. As a Co-Founder Agentic AI, you will be responsible for leading the development of AI-based recommendation systems, driving user experience (UX) enhancements, overseeing marketing efforts, and conducting in-depth research. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration of AI solutions and effectively communicate insights and strategies to boost sales and marketing initiatives.

Strong Business Development Skills
Exceptional Communication skills
Experience in Sales and Marketing
Proven experience in leading client management and lead generation
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
Background in user experience (UX) design and development
Bachelor's degree in a related field; advanced degrees are a plus
