C#/.Net Lead Developer / Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced *.Net Technical Architect /Lead* to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in Microsoft technologies and a passion for designing and developing scalable and robust software applications. It requires a deeper range of backend skills in the space of .NET/C# as the product is historically grown and requires good analytical and programming skills.

Technical Skills Required

• Design and implement scalable, secure, and highly available software architectures.
• Create cost-effective solutions that optimize performance and resource utilization.
• Hands-on experience in developing and deploying applications using C#.NET, .NET Core 8, ASP.NET MVC, AWS/Azure, Microservices Architecture, Rest API
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (frontend, product, QA, DevOps) to align on goals and deliverables.
• Develop backend solutions using .Net OR Microsoft technologies
• Proficient in Microsoft SQL Server and MySQL
• Ensure the backend systems can handle large-scale traffic and data processing.
• Act as a technical mentor for the backend development team.
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks in system performance.
• Establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines to enable rapid development and deployment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Key Requirements

• Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical experience in Enterprise Architecture and full-stack engineering practices.
• Strong industry experience (5+ years) with a primary focus on Microsoft technologies.
• Hands-on experience in developing and deploying applications using C#.NET.
• Proficient in Microsoft SQL Server and MySQL
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop features by writing clean, reusable, testable, and maintainable code to enhance user experiences.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver them to production.
• Write unit tests to ensure code quality and reliability.
• Participate in code reviews for peers and junior engineers and mentor junior developers.
• Maintain and improve existing systems by identifying and resolving issues.
• Document functional requirements and create user guides as needed.
• Provide support to the Product and Support teams by addressing their queries.
