Senior PHP and Angular Developer

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Senior PHP and Angular Developer with over 7 years of experience in developing robust web applications. This role demands both technical expertise and leadership capabilities to guide the development team, architect solutions, and ensure scalable, secure, and high-performance application delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end web application development using PHP and Angular.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Architect and implement scalable, clean, and maintainable code.
• Guide junior developers through code reviews, technical mentorship, and training.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
• Define and enforce coding standards, architecture principles, and best practices.
• Set up and manage CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies to ensure continuous improvement.
• Ensure code and process documentation via tools like JIRA and Confluence.

Technical Skills Required

• Strong experience with PHP and Angular
• Proficiency in Laravel, Symfony, or CodeIgniter
• Expertise in MySQL or PostgreSQL
• Solid understanding of JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3
• Experience with RESTful API development and MVC architecture
• Familiar with Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
• Hands-on with GitLab or other version control systems
• Comfortable with Linux/Unix-based development environments

Additional Skills (Nice to Have)

• Exposure to front-end frameworks like TypeScript or React
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
• Familiarity with AWS or other cloud environments
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum processes
• Experience with Microservices architecture

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's/Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in full-stack web development with a focus on PHP and Angular
• Minimum 2 years in a technical leadership or senior developer role
• Strong database design and optimization skills
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging capabilities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
