• Operate and monitor CNC/VMC machines to produce high-quality components as per engineering drawings.
• Set up tools, fixtures, and machine parameters for production.
• Perform basic programming and editing (if required) on CNC/VMC machines.
• Inspect finished components using measuring instruments like Vernier calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
• Maintain the machine in good working condition and follow preventive maintenance schedules.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
• Record production data and report any defects or deviations to the supervisor.

Qualifications & Skills:

• ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Fitter, Machinist, or related trade.
• Basic knowledge of CNC/VMC machine operation and tooling.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Understanding of measurement instruments and inspection procedures.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Freshers with relevant trade background can apply; training will be provided.
• Willingness to work in a manufacturing/industrial environment.
