Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Pune for a CNC VMC Operator. The CNC VMC Operator will be responsible for operating CNC and VMC machines, ensuring quality control, and managing machining and milling operations. Day-to-day tasks will include setting up and calibrating machinery, monitoring machine performance, and performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure optimal machine function.

Qualifications

• Experience in Machine Operation and Machinery management
• Skills in Quality Control to ensure products meet required specifications
• Proficiency in Machining and Milling operations
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Relevant vocational or technical training in CNC or VMC machine operation
• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus
