SkillSonics’ primary focus is B2B corporate workforce training in the engineering and manufacturing domain.

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Provide hands-on training in CNC/VMC programming to ITI students.
• Deliver both theoretical and practical sessions on CNC Turning, Milling, and Grinding.
• Train students on end-to-end CNC machine operations as both theory and practical faculty.
• Conduct assessments and prepare students to become job-ready.
• Guide students in project work related to the CNC domain.

Preferred Qualification & Background:

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering is mandatory.
• 7–8 years of experience in a core manufacturing company with hands-on expertise in CNC machines is required. Prior exposure as a trainer or faculty in the skill development sector will be an added advantage.
• Strong communication and presentation skills are essential.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
