Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced CNC Trainer for the KSB Pumps Project in Satara. The role involves delivering both theoretical and practical training to ITI students, focusing on CNC/VMC programming and operations, with the aim of preparing them to be job-ready.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver classroom theory and hands-on practical training in CNC/VMC programming.
• Provide training in CNC Turning, Milling, and Grinding operations.
• Teach end-to-end concepts of CNC machine operation, including setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Conduct assessments to evaluate student competencies and readiness for employment.
• Support students in project work related to CNC machining.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and maintain an effective training environment.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory).
• 7–8 years of experience in a shop floor environment within a core manufacturing company, with strong hands-on experience in CNC machines.
• Prior experience as a trainer or faculty in skill development, particularly in CNC operations, is preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
• Immediate joiners will be given preference.
