Location: Hapur, Uttar Pradesh
Designation: CNC Machine Operator
Experience: 1–3 years (in operating CNC drilling, cutting, or milling machines)
Qualification: ITI/Diploma (Fitter, Turner, Machinist) or 12th Pass (Science) with CNC machine experience

Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled and safety-conscious CNC Operator to operate and maintain CNC machines used in steel structure fabrication. The candidate will be responsible for machine setup, operation, inspection of finished components, and ensuring adherence to quality standards and production schedules.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate CNC drilling, punching, cutting, or milling machines as per daily production plan.
• Load and unload raw material, perform proper machine setup and alignment.
• Interpret engineering drawings and ensure correct job parameters are applied.
• Conduct in-process checks to maintain dimensional accuracy of fabricated components.
• Monitor machine performance, identify issues, and report to supervisors for timely action.
• Maintain machine cleanliness, perform minor preventive maintenance, and report breakdowns.
• Follow safety standards while operating machines and handling heavy components.
• Maintain production logs and update daily output data in coordination with production team.

Desired Candidate Profile

• ITI (Fitter/Turner/Machinist) or 12th pass (Science) with relevant CNC operating experience.
• 1–3 years of experience in steel fabrication or machining operations.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Basic knowledge of machine maintenance and tooling.
• Physically fit and comfortable working in a steel manufacturing/fabrication environment.
• Willingness to work in shift operations if required.
• Safety-conscious and disciplined approach to work.

Preferred Background

• Prior experience in steel fabrication plants or manufacturing units.
• Exposure to automated drilling/beam processing CNC machines.
• Candidates from nearby locations or willing to relocate to Hapur preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
