We are hiring CNC Operator
Job role: CNC Operator

Work Location: Perundurai

Shift days: 7 Days

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Machine Setup and Operation: Setting up the CNC machine, including loading materials, tools, and fixtures, and entering the correct program to begin production.
• Blueprint Reading and Interpretation: Understanding technical drawings, specifications, and instructions to ensure accurate machining.
• Programming CNC Machines: Translating design specifications into machine-readable instructions for the CNC machine to follow.
• Monitoring Machine Performance: Observing the CNC machine during operation, making adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency, and identifying and resolving any malfunctions.
• Quality Control: Inspecting finished parts using precision measuring tools to ensure they meet required specifications and tolerances.
• Troubleshooting: Identifying and resolving any issues that may arise during the machining process, including mechanical or programming errors.
• Maintenance and Cleaning: Performing routine maintenance tasks, such as lubricating moving parts, replacing worn tools, and keeping the machine and work area clean.
• Safety Compliance: Following all safety procedures and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
• Collaboration: Working with engineers, designers, and other team members to optimize production processes and resolve any issues.
