Job Title: CNC Machine Operator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Machine Operator to set up, operate, and maintain CNC machinery. The ideal candidate will have experience working with precision machinery, interpreting technical drawings, and ensuring quality production standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC machines (lathe, milling, or turning) to perform machining operations.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and job orders.
• Load raw materials and parts onto the machines.
• Monitor machine operations to detect problems and ensure quality standards.
• Perform quality checks using measuring instruments like calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
• Adjust machine settings as needed to maintain accuracy and production efficiency.
• Maintain tools and equipment, and report any malfunctions or safety concerns.
• Keep accurate records of production activities and completed jobs.
• Follow company safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in machining or mechanical field preferred.
• Proven experience as a CNC Machine Operator or similar role.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings.
• Proficiency with measuring tools and machine controls.
• Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.
• Basic understanding of computer-aided design (CAD) and CAM software is a plus.
• Willingness to work in shifts and overtime if required.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with G-code programming.
• Experience in preventive maintenance of machines.
• Team player with good communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
