Job Summary:

The CNC Machine Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machines to produce high-quality precision components as per technical drawings and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC machines (lathe, milling, or turning).
• Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and process sheets.
• Select appropriate tools, fixtures, and materials for machining.
• Monitor machine operations to ensure dimensional accuracy.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and cleaning.
• Inspect finished parts using measuring instruments (vernier, micrometer, etc.).
• Record production data and report deviations or defects.
• Maintain a safe and organized workspace following company safety standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

• ITI / Diploma in Mechanical / Fitter / Machinist trade.
• 1–3 years of experience operating CNC machines.
• Knowledge of G-code, M-code, and CNC programming (preferred).
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Attention to detail and good mechanical aptitude.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
