CNC Machine Operator

As a CNC Machine Operator at our company, your role involves a variety of responsibilities to ensure the efficient operation of our Makino CNC Machines. Here is a breakdown of what your job will entail: - **Machine Operation and Setup**: - Set up and operate Makino CNC Machines with precision, focusing on accurate cutting parameters, tools selection, and overall machine performance. - **Programming**: - Program the CNC machine by using software and codes to translate blueprints into executable instructions for the machine to follow. - **Quality Control**: - Inspect machined parts to guarantee they align with blueprint specifications and uphold our quality standards. - **Machine Handling**: - Load and unload parts and materials into the CNC machine to keep production running smoothly. - **Machine Maintenance**: - Perform routine maintenance on the CNC Machine and identify areas for improvement to ensure optimal functionality. - **Blueprint Interpretation**: - Read and interpret blueprints and mechanical drawings to comprehend the desired outcome accurately. - **Collaboration**: - Work closely with team members to optimize production processes and achieve quality goals efficiently. In terms of skills and qualifications, we are looking for someone with the following attributes: - **CNC Machine Operation**: - Prior experience with Makino CNC machines or similar technologies is highly desirable. - **Blueprint Reading**: - Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings effectively. - **Programming**: - Familiarity with CNC Programming languages and software is essential for this role. - **Technical Skills**: - Good understanding of mechanical principles, Metrology, and basic math is required. - **Communication Skills**: - Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.
