Job Description

Job Summary: The Machine Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining machinery to produce high-quality products according to company standards and safety regulations. This role requires attention to detail, technical skills, and the ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues. Key Responsibilities: Set up machines (calibration, cleaning, etc.) before the start of production. Operate machinery efficiently to meet production targets. Monitor machine operations to detect problems or irregularities. Follow all safety guidelines and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE). Report any major issues or breakdowns to the supervisor. Keep records of production output, downtime, and maintenance activities. Skills and Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent (technical training preferred). Previous experience as a machine operator or in a similar role is an advantage. Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints. Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Basic math and measurement skills. Physical stamina to stand, bend, and lift during shifts. Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards.
