CNC Engineer

Your key responsibilities in this role include achieving the daily Tool-Room plan as scheduled, handling various types of CNC / VMC and conventional machines, ensuring effective communication with team members, conducting preventive maintenance of tool room machines, managing inventory of cutting tools, and maintaining shop floor discipline and housekeeping according to 5s standards. Additionally, you will be expected to achieve Tool Shop KPIs such as On-Time Tool Delivery and Manufacturing Tool First Time Right. To qualify for this position, you should have a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering or a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 5 to 8 years of job experience. Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Marathi languages is required. Deep technical knowledge of Tool Shop resources including CAD/CAM, CNC Machines, and Tool and Die making is essential. Experience in Tool Manufacturing process planning and execution, familiarity with various types of tools and techniques used for manufacturing, and staying up-to-date with the latest Tool methodology are crucial for this role.
