CNC Engineer

As a CNC Engineer, your role involves designing, programming, and operating automated machine tools to manufacture parts with precision. This includes interpreting blueprints, creating CNC programs, setting up and operating machines, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring quality control. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the efficient and accurate production of components using CNC technology. - **Programming:** Create and optimize CNC programs using CAD/CAM software to control machine movements and operations. - **Machine Setup and Operation:** Set up CNC machines, including tooling, fixtures, and workholding, and operate them to manufacture parts according to specifications. - **Troubleshooting:** Identify and resolve issues related to machine malfunctions, programming errors, or material defects. - **Quality Control:** Ensure that manufactured parts meet the required dimensions, tolerances, and quality standards. - **Maintenance and Optimization:** Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity. - **Collaboration:** Work with design engineers, production managers, and other team members to optimize manufacturing processes and meet production goals. - **Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. - **Proficiency in CAD/CAM software for CNC programming. - **Experience in operating CNC machines and troubleshooting. - **Strong knowledge of quality control processes and standards. - **Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,
