Cnc Engineer

Diploma / BE in Mechanical or related field

Experience:

Minimum 5 years of experience in CNC programming and operations

Job Responsibilities:

1. Develop, test, and optimize CNC programs for milling and other machining operations.
2. Set up CNC machines, select appropriate tools, and establish machining parameters.
3. Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD/CAM models.
4. Monitor machining operations to ensure accuracy, productivity, and quality standards.
5. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC machinery.
6. Implement process improvements to reduce cycle time and increase efficiency.
7. Collaborate with design, production, and quality teams to resolve technical issues.
8. Maintain documentation for machine settings, tooling data, and inspection reports.
9. Ensure adherence to safety standards and operational procedures.
10. Train and guide machine operators as required.
