Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Cluster Sales Manager located in Bengaluru. The Cluster Sales Manager will be responsible for leading sales strategies in their designated cluster, managing client relationships, meeting sales targets, and supervising a team of sales executives. Additional responsibilities include conducting market research, analyzing sales data, preparing reports, and developing promotional activities to boost sales performance.

Qualifications

• Strong Sales and Marketing skills, including experience in leading sales strategies and managing client relationships
• Proficiency in Market Research and Data Analysis
• Excellent Leadership and Team Management skills
• Effective Communication and Negotiation skills
• Ability to prepare detailed sales reports and develop promotional activities
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in the fire and safety industry is a plus
• Willingness to travel within the designated cluster
