Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Cluster Manager for our restaurant operations in Tirupati. As a Cluster Manager, you will oversee multiple restaurant units, ensuring smooth daily operations and maintaining high-quality customer service and satisfaction. Key responsibilities include supervising staff, recruitment processes, monitoring restaurant performance, implementing operational strategies, and overseeing food and beverage quality. This is an on-site position requiring active leadership and operational oversight.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to ensure exceptional guest experiences across various outlets.
• Proven abilities in Hiring and team management to build and maintain a competent and aligned workforce.
• Excellent Communication skills for clear and efficient interaction with team members, customers, and management.
• In-depth knowledge of Food & Beverage operations and standards for maintaining quality and compliance.
• Proficiency in handling operational challenges and ensuring smooth restaurant management.
• Previous experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry, preferably with South Indian cuisine.
• Leadership mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
