Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Drive GT sales targets and market share growth in the assigned cluster.
Lead, coach, and manage a team of Sales Officers/Executives.
Conduct regular market visits to GT shops to ensure product placement, visibility, and compliance.
Strengthen retailer relationships to improve secondary sales and ensure repeat business.
Execute trade promotions, activations, and visibility campaigns at shop level.
Track and review market performance, competitor activities, and consumer insights.
Ensure adherence to company sales processes, reporting, and standards.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Prior experience in FMCG / Food & Beverages / Dairy / Packaged Goods industries with strong exposure to General Trade.
Hands-on experience in shop-level retail visits, secondary sales, and direct market execution.
Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage field sales teams.
Strong understanding of Hyderabad/Telangana GT market with established retailer network preferred.
Energetic, self-driven, and target-oriented professional with a passion for sales.
Comfortable with extensive market travel and working closely with retail partners.
Excellent skills in relationship building, negotiation, and problem solving.
Tech-savvy with working knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and sales reporting tools.
