Will be managing multiple equity broking branches of Kolkata
Set the targets and KPI of all branches.
Ensure all branches meet the set monthly and yearly target with respect to direct equity broking, and Third party Products
Keep the branches motivate to excel in its performance.
Reporting to State Head
Seasoned candidate with 10-15 yrs of experience in leadership role in equity broking segment.
Should be go getter and target oriented to meet multiple branches and its performance.
Should be man of network to help in developing large team of broking in both sales and dealing desk
Excellent team player, Trainer and motivator to drive the team meet the targets
20- 25 lac + variable incentives
