Cluster Manager - Debt Management Services - The Wheels
Job Purpose
This position is open with Bajaj Finance Ltd. Culture Anchor:

Duties and Responsibilities

Achieve collection targets assigned to the territory by meeting collection targets for the assigned states or region.

Meet the target on cost of collections.

Ensure PI targets are met within specified cost limits.

Ensure legal guidelines are complied with for the entire collection structure in letter and spirit.

Ensure collection agencies and executives adhere to the legal guidelines provided by the law in force.

Ensure adherence to the Code of Conduct.

Continuously monitor collection agencies and collection executives to identify fraudulent practices and ensure no loss is incurred due to such activities.

Keep the write-off percentage within risk pricing.

Control portfolio in terms of bucket flows.

Handle customer issue escalations.

Provide feedback on credit policy based on market conditions.

Approve waivers on PI as per delegation matrix.

Ensure documented feedback and action taken on all cases in soft buckets.

Ensure adequate feet-on-street availability area-wise, bucket-wise, and segment-wise.

Manage and support mechanisms for legal and police issues.

Ensure audit queries are complied with, ensuring corrective and preventive action.

Manage productivity by setting productivity parameters for DMA/agencies/collection executives and monitor performance against set parameters.

Conduct daily review of Area Managers and monthly review of Collection Officers.

Recruit collection officers and area managers.

Constantly evaluate collection officers and area managers.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Practice emotional intelligence - Develops the team, supporting them to do more.

Listens to others, stays calm under pressure, and treats everyone with respect.
