Job Description

Cluster Manager - Debt Management Services - The Wheels
Job Purpose
This position is open with Bajaj Finance Ltd. Culture Anchor:

Duties and Responsibilities

Achieve collection targets assigned to the territory by meeting collection targets for the assigned states or region.

Meet the target on cost of collections.

Ensure meeting PI targets within the specified cost limit.

Ensure legal guidelines are complied with for the entire collection structure in letter and spirit.

Ensure that collection agencies and executives adhere to legal guidelines provided by the law in force.

Ensure adherence to the Code of Conduct.

Continuously monitor collection agencies and executives to identify fraudulent practices and ensure no loss is incurred due to such activities.

Keep write-off percentage within risk pricing.

Control portfolio in terms of bucket flows.

Handle customer issues and escalations.

Provide feedback on credit policy based on market conditions.

Approve waivers on PI as per delegation matrix.

Ensure documented feedback and action taken on all cases in soft buckets.

Ensure adequate "Feet on Street" availability area-wise, bucket-wise, and segment-wise.

Manage and provide support mechanisms for legal/police issues.

Ensure audit queries are complied with, and corrective and preventive actions are taken.

Manage productivity by fixing parameters for DMA/agencies/collection executives, monitoring performance against set parameters, and conducting daily reviews of Area Managers and monthly reviews of Collection Officers.

Recruit collection officers and area managers.

Constantly evaluate collection officers and area managers.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Listens to others, stays calm under pressure, and treats everyone with respect.
