Cluster Manager

Key Responsibilities

Lead a team
to drive business within the
bancassurance channel
.
Develop and implement strategies to meet and exceed daily and monthly sales targets.
Provide mentorship and guidance to team members to enhance their performance and career development.
Maintain a strong working relationship with banking partners to ensure smooth business operations.
Monitor team performance and report progress to senior management.

Required Candidate Profile

Experience:
A minimum of
4-8 years of experience
in the
bancassurance channel
is mandatory.
Background:
Must have a strong background and career record in the insurance industry.
Skills:
Team handling experience
is a must. Experience in bancassurance, direct, or alternate channels is acceptable.
Proven track record of success and stability.
Industry Preference:

insurance background
